Ordering & Delivery

Once you have placed your online order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been received.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, could be that your email address was entered incorrectly.  Please email us if you do not receive your confirmation email. All moulds are made from clear plastic unless otherwise specified.  Some moulds are made from white plastic and will state this in the description.  Most photos of moulds have been taken with black material underneath it to show up the detail of the mould cavities.If you cant find information that you are looking for on this web page, please try our Frequently Asked Questions page

Usually orders are despatched within 48 hours of your payment being processed or received.  Please allow extra time for large orders or at busy times such as Easter and Christmas.

Generally, we have all items shown on the site in stock.  When we sell out of an item we take it off the website and put it back on when back in stock.  Therefore, as we turnover our stock regularly, what you see in the store today may not be in the store next week.

Sometimes we are short if large multiple quantities are ordered for the same item.  Generally we supply the quantity we can and manually adjust the total.  If you wish, we can backorder items we cant supply and send to you at our cost, however there is usually a 2-3 week wait.  If your back order item has to come from America it will take longer.  All items are made in Australia unless specified that is is Product of USA.

Freight:  Please note, we are not a large business like the major online retailers.  Therefore, we do not get volume discounts on freight.  What we charge you is our cost, a little extra for packing and handling and includes gst.  We do not profit on freight. 

Our freight charges are based on destination and weight.  In checkout, you will be asked to select a region i.e. Melbourne and Sydney Metro, Vic & NSW Country, Brisbane & Perth Metro etc.  

Due to substantial increases in Australia Post express post charges, ALL ITEMS are now sent by registered mail.  If your order is URGENT, you may specify express post (write a note in the comments field in checkout), however an additional fee will be applied manually.  As fees vary according to destination and weight, we will email you the additional fee for your approval.  Otherwise you are welcome to phone (0407 836 475) after you have placed your order with your instructions/confirmation.

As we use registered mail, all items need to be signed for and if you are not at home when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection.  A card will be left in your letter box advising you of the location.

For customers in Adelaide, you are welcome to pick up at a pre-arranged time from Happy Valley, otherwise we can send your order with Aust Post.

We are more than happy to ship to international destinations, however, communication by email [email protected] will confirm the correct procedure for buying online and shipping costs.

With any purchase from us, you will receive general instructions and we also provide after sales support.
